13999: Pause: Invalid timeout value

Twilio sends this warning when <Pause> receives a timeout value that is not an integer. To set how long <Pause> waits, use the length attribute with a positive integer, in seconds.

• timeout is set to a value that is not an integer.

• Use a whole number of seconds for timeout, or remove the attribute.
• Use length to set the pause duration in seconds.
