Twilio failed to create a new transcription because the specified transcriptionConfigurationId doesn't exist or doesn't belong to this account.

• The transcription configuration was deleted.
• The transcriptionConfigurationId is incorrect.
• The configuration belongs to a different account.

Verify the configuration exists and that it belongs to your account using the Transcription Configuration API.
