Twilio could not verify the identity of the first authorized representative in your Business Profile or confirm that this person is affiliated with your business. During review, Twilio uses the authorized representative details in your primary compliance profile and may reach out to the listed representative during the vetting process.
- The Authorized Representative #1 details are incomplete or incorrect.
- The listed representative cannot be confirmed as the primary contact person for your organization.
- The representative information does not support your business and use case during profile review.
- The legal business name or other business profile details do not match your official registration information.
- The identity verification information for the representative, such as the government-issued photo ID or selfie verification, is missing or could not be used to confirm identity.
- Review Authorized Representative #1 and update the first name, last name, email, phone number, business title, and job position.
- Make sure the listed representative is a person who can confirm your business and use case if we contact them during vetting.
- Update your Business Profile so the legal business name and physical address match the information registered with your business authority.
- Upload a valid government-issued photo ID and complete selfie verification again if prompted.
- Resubmit the profile after you correct the rejected information.
