18646: Authorized Representative Mismatch
Phone Numbers
Your authorized representative is not listed on the Business Extract. Change the representative to one named on the extract OR upload an LOA signed by a listed officer.
- The representative is a senior employee with real operational authority but their name does not appear in the company registry as a formally appointed director or officer.
- The business recently appointed a new director not yet reflected in the registry and no LOA from a listed officer was obtained.
- The bundle lists an officer from a parent or associated company rather than the specific registering entity.
- The representative's name is present on the extract but entered in the form with a different spelling or name order.
- Do either of the following:
- Change the representative: Select a different Authorized Representative who is explicitly named as a director or officer on the current Business Registration Extract.
- Provide an LOA: Upload a Letter of Authorization signed by an officer who IS currently listed on the extract, formally authorizing the named representative.
- Verify name spelling character-by-character between the form and the extract — even a single letter difference will cause a mismatch.
- If the registry is being updated, wait for the update to be formally recorded or use the LOA route in the interim.
- Contact trusthub-verify@twilio.com if you believe the mismatch is due to a registry propagation delay.
