22135: Error - Internal Server Error

Twilio could not complete the phone number portability check because an internal platform error occurred while determining whether the number can be ported. This error is generated by Twilio rather than by your request.

• A temporary internal error occurred while processing the portability lookup request.
• A downstream dependency used to evaluate number portability did not return a valid response.
• The portability check request could not be completed because of a transient service issue.

• Retry the portability check after a short delay.
• If the error continues, submit the request again later to confirm whether the issue is temporary.
• Verify that you are using a valid phone number in the expected format before retrying.
• If repeated retries continue to fail, contact support with the error code and request details.
