30047: Failed to schedule message for a compliant time window

This error applies to messages sent by accounts that have Compliance Toolkit enabled. When Compliance Toolkit determines that a message would be sent outside an allowed (compliant) time window, it reschedules the message for the next compliant time window instead of sending it immediately. This error occurs when that rescheduling step fails.

When this happens, the message is neither queued for later delivery nor sent.

• An internal failure occurred while Compliance Toolkit was rescheduling the message for the next compliant time window.

• Retry sending the message. If the condition was transient, Compliance Toolkit will reschedule the message for the next compliant time window on a subsequent attempt.
• If the error persists, note the time of the error and the affected Message SID, and contact Twilio Support so the scheduling failure can be investigated.
