30466: Toll Free verification rejection - Disallowed - Debt Reduction

This error means your Toll-Free verification request was rejected because the submitted business or messaging use case was identified as debt reduction. Debt consolidation, debt reduction, and credit repair programs are not eligible for Toll-Free verification, even when end users have provided consent. As of January 31, 2024, unverified Toll-Free numbers are blocked from sending messages to the US and Canada until verification is approved.

• Your verification submission described a debt reduction, debt consolidation, or credit repair business or use case.
• Your sample messages, website, opt-in flow, or business details suggested a prohibited debt forgiveness or debt collection category.
• Your submission was reviewed as a forbidden messaging category for Toll-Free messaging in the US and Canada.

• Do not use this Toll-Free number for debt reduction, debt consolidation, or credit repair traffic. These use cases are not eligible for Toll-Free verification.
• Review the business description, website, opt-in details, and sample messages in your submission to confirm they do not describe a prohibited financial or debt relief program.
• If the rejection does not match your actual business or use case, contact Support and provide additional information that clearly explains your business model and messaging use case.
• If the submission is eligible for resubmission in Console, correct the inaccurate information and resubmit it from the Regulatory Information tab. If you resubmit within seven days, the request goes to a priority review queue.
