Your Toll-Free verification request was rejected because the business contact on the submission does not appear to be a real person authorized to represent the business. Messaging traffic on the Toll-Free number is blocked until the number is verified.

- You submitted an incomplete contact name, such as a partial name or a missing first or last name.
- Update

businessContactEmailandbusinessContactPhone. FormatbusinessContactPhoneinE.164. - If the request is eligible for resubmission, correct the contact information and resubmit it from the Regulatory Information tab in Console, or update the verification request through the Toll-Free Verification API.
