You cannot send messaging traffic from this Toll-Free number to the United States and Canada until verification is approved.

• You did not provide a privacy_policy_url or terms_and_conditions_url in the verification submission.
• One or both URLs are inaccessible or return an error.
• The linked page does not contain an actual Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions.
• The linked content is incomplete or still under construction.

• Provide direct, publicly accessible URLs for your Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
• Open each URL in a browser and confirm it loads successfully without errors.
• Update the linked pages so they contain complete policy content and clearly address messaging and data practices.
• If your verification request is eligible for resubmission, correct the URLs in Console or through the Toll-Free Verification API and submit the request again.
