• Required privacy disclosures are missing from the policy.

• Publish a privacy policy on your public website if your business collects personal data.
• Make sure your privacy policy clearly explains how personal data is collected, stored, used, and protected.
• Include information about your messaging practices in the privacy policy when it applies to your use case.
• Provide a valid public privacyPolicyUrl in your Toll-Free Verification submission.
• Make sure the privacy policy URL loads without login requirements, IP restrictions, or other access controls.
• If your rejected submission can be edited, correct the privacy policy information and resubmit the verification request in Console or through the Toll-Free Verification API.
