This error occurs when the Business Registration Number fields in your Toll-Free Verification submission are missing, invalid, or cannot be validated against the business information you submitted. Business registration details are required for all business types except SOLE_PROPRIETOR, and the registration data must align with the legal business record.

• You did not provide businessRegistrationNumber, businessRegistrationAuthority, or businessRegistrationCountry for a business type other than SOLE_PROPRIETOR.
