30881: Campaign vetting rejection - Invalid Brand Support Email

ERROR: 30881

error-30881 page anchor
MESSAGING
ERROR

This error appears when your A2P 10DLC campaign is rejected during vetting because the brand support email in the registration is not valid for the brand you submitted. During campaign review, the email domain and the rest of the registration must consistently identify the same business, and the email address must use a valid domain that is not disposable.

Possible causes

  • The brand support email address is malformed, does not use a valid domain, or uses a disposable email domain.
  • The brand support email uses a public email domain that is not associated with the brand you registered.
  • The email domain does not align with the company name, website, or other campaign details in the registration.
  • If you are registering on behalf of a customer, the email belongs to your platform or agency instead of the actual business that will send the messages.
  • Update the brand support email so it is a real, working address for the business you are registering and uses a domain associated with that brand. Do not use a disposable email address.
  • Review the brand name, website, campaign description, message flow, and sample messages so they all identify the same business and use case.
  • If you are an ISV or registering for a customer, replace your company contact details with the end customer's actual support email and brand information.
  • After you correct the email and related registration details, resubmit the campaign for review. If the failure is tied to brand information rather than the campaign itself, correct the associated brand information first and then recreate or update the campaign as needed.
