30990: Campaign Suspension
MESSAGING
ERROR
This error means your A2P 10DLC campaign is suspended. Twilio halts messaging for the campaign, and you can't add or remove phone numbers until the suspension is resolved.
- Your campaign was suspended after a carrier or ecosystem review found that your live traffic does not match the registered campaign.
- Your traffic included spam, phishing, controlled substances, illicit content, fraudulent content, affiliate marketing, promotional gambling, illegal sweepstakes, or another prohibited use case.
- Your campaign generated excessive consumer complaints.
- Your campaign requires age gating and does not include it.
- The associated Brand is suspended, which also suspends every campaign attached to that Brand.
- Check your email and the Twilio Support Center for the suspension notice and the next steps to resolve it.
- Review the suspension reason and correct the underlying compliance issue before you try to use the campaign again.
- Make sure your live traffic matches the registered use case, campaign description, sample messages, and consent flow for the campaign.
- If the associated Brand is suspended, resolve the Brand suspension first because all campaigns on that Brand remain suspended until the Brand issue is addressed.
- Do not try to send similar traffic through another existing or new campaign while the suspension is under review. That can lead to additional enforcement on your account.
- If you did not receive guidance, contact Twilio Support for more details about the suspension and the required remediation steps.
