The content body in the Voice User-Defined Message request exceeds the maximum allowed length of 10000 characters.

• The content body in the Voice POST request to the UserDefinedMessage.Resource exceeds the maximum allowed length of 10000 characters.

• Make sure that the content body in the request does not exceed the maximum.length.
