Possible Causes

  • You are at the limit of Broadcast requests for your account and cannot create any additional Broadcasts

Possible Solutions

  • Wait for your existing Broadcasts to process before creating more Broadcasts
  • If you have any Broadcasts with status PENDING_UPLOAD, upload a file to those Broadcasts first to resume processing on them
