The business-initiated WhatsApp call failed because the specified "From" number (or caller ID) is invalid. The "From" number (or caller ID) must be a registered WhatsApp Sender on the account making the call.

  • An incorrect value was used in the "From" number (or caller ID).

  • Verify that the "From" number (or caller ID) you specified matches a valid WhatsApp Sender registered to your account.
  • Ensure the value of the "From" (or caller ID) uses the correct format: It must start with "whatsapp:", followed by the registered WhatsApp Sender in the E.164 format (e.g., "whatsapp:+14155551234").
