420030: Knowledge source URL not found

The web crawler received a 404 Not Found response when attempting to access the target URL during knowledge ingestion. The requested resource does not exist on the target server.

• The URL no longer exists
• The URL path is incorrect
• The target site has removed or renamed the content
• The page was temporarily unavailable during crawling
• The URL structure changed after the knowledge source was created

• Verify the URL is correct and accessible in a web browser
• Check if the content has moved to a new URL and update your knowledge source
• Remove the knowledge source if the content is permanently unavailable
• If the URL is correct but temporarily unavailable, the crawler will retry on the next scheduled crawl
• Review the knowledge source error details in the Twilio Console for specific URLs that failed
