45001: General Service Error

Twilio Flex returned a general service error while processing your request. This error indicates that Flex could not complete the operation because of an internal service issue.

• A temporary Flex platform issue interrupted the request.
• A dependent Twilio service required by Flex did not respond as expected.
• The request reached Flex successfully, but Flex could not finish processing it because of an internal error.
• A transient network or service communication problem affected the operation.

• Retry the request. Temporary service errors often resolve without changes to your application.
• Check whether the error is reproducible with the same request and inputs.
• Review your request parameters and configuration to confirm the request is valid for the Flex feature you are using.
• If you are using the Flex API, capture the request details, response body, and any related error information from your application logs.
