45776: Failed to fetch Configuration for deployment key.

This error occurs when Flex cannot retrieve the configuration associated with a deployment key. For Webchat 3.x.x, the deployment key is linked to a chat address in Console and is used when Twilio loads the webchat configuration for your widget.

• Twilio encountered an unexpected internal error while retrieving the configuration for the deployment key.
• Your website is still using an older or replaced deployment key in the webchat embed code.
• The deployment key is not linked to the expected chat address in Flex, or the linked configuration is incomplete.

• Retry the request.
• Check the Twilio status page for an active Flex or chat-related incident before making additional changes.
• In Console, verify that the deployment key still exists and is linked to the correct chat address under Flex > Channel management > Messaging.
• If you recently replaced the deployment key, update your website with the latest webchat embed code for the new deployment key and chat address.
• If the problem continues and no incident is posted, contact support with the deployment key SID, the time of the failure, and request details so Twilio can investigate.
