Twilio encountered an internal error while processing the request. This can also appear when the Twilio service is temporarily unavailable and cannot complete the request.

• The service was temporarily unavailable when the request reached Twilio.

• Retry the request later.
• Check the Twilio Status Page to confirm whether there is an active incident, outage, or service degradation affecting the API platform.
• Review the request in the Twilio Console Debugger to inspect the error details and identify repeated failures.
