53616: Deleted a recording with custom configuration as time for retries was depleted

Twilio gave up on uploading your recording with custom configuration, as time for retries was depleted. The recording has been removed and will not be available.

• There was an error with your account's recording settings, either due to the access credentials for your own bucket or to the encryption key.

• In the recording settings section of your account's console, review the credentials for accessing your S3 bucket or disable the external storage (media will be uploaded to the default bucket).
• In the recording settings section of your account's console, set a valid public key or disable the encryption (media will be uploaded in raw).
