53674: Video Room Realtime Transcriptions: Intelligence Service Error

A 32655 Error indicates a connection to the configured Intelligence Service could not be established due to an internal error. You will continue to receive real-time transcription events, however no Language Operators will be executed, and the transcript will not be persisted.
