This error means a Marketplace Add-on request reached the Listing Partner, but the partner returned an HTTP status code in the 500 range while processing the request. In Add-on responses and callbacks, Marketplace errors in the 61xxx range appear in the code field alongside values such as message and request_sid.
- The Listing Partner returned an HTTP status code in the 500 range while processing the Add-on request.
- The Add-on request failed in the partner service that is integrated with Marketplace, rather than in Twilio's Add-on callback delivery.
- Check the Add-on response or callback payload for the failing Listing's
code,message, andrequest_sidso you can identify the specific failed request. - Contact the Listing Partner for help with 61002. For this error, support is provided by the Listing Partner.
- When you contact the partner, include the Add-on Unique Name,
