The websocket disconnected from the server side during an ongoing call

• The websocket server at the url is no longer healthy
• Possible software problem in the websocket server (not Twilio)
• Network issues

• Make sure the websocket server at the url is healthy
• Investigate logs on the websocket server to see why the disconnect happened
