80305: Not Found Unmanaged Identifier Sid

Example Message: Unmanaged Proxy Identifier not found. Unmanaged identifiers include non-phone number identifiers (e.g., a facebook messenger page id). If you want to include channels such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc. as Proxy participants, you must configure the channel integration callback URL to point to your proxy service.

• The unmanaged identifier SID does not exist in the target Proxy Service.
• The identifier exists, but it belongs to a different Proxy Service or Account.
• The request payload uses an identifier format that is not valid for your configured channel integration.

• Verify the identifier SID and confirm it exists in the same Proxy Service you are targeting.
• Confirm your Account SID and Proxy Service SID are correct for the environment where the request is made.
• If you are adding channel participants, verify your channel integration callback settings and identifier mapping.
