Flex Configuration Error

A Flex component was not configured correctly.

Possible Causes

  • You made changes to one of your Flex phone numbers
  • You are trying to use a phone number with Flex but have not created a Flex Flow for that number
  • You manually deleted a Chat Channel or Proxy Session
  • You removed or changed the Chat Channel Sid setting in your Proxy Service
