95500: Redaction field or category requires a HIPAA Account

The redaction configuration cannot be created or updated because it includes a field or category that contains protected health information (PHI), and your account is not enabled for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

• The configuration selects the HEALTH_DATA category or one of its fields, such as DRUG or MEDICAL_CONDITION.
• Your account is not enabled for HIPAA.

• Remove the PHI fields and categories from the configuration.
• Contact Twilio Support to enable HIPAA for your account.
