Troubleshooting Flex UI migration
This page provides options that might help if you have issues while migrating to Flex UI 2.x.x. If you need further assistance, contact our support team for help.

Roll back changes to use Flex UI 1.x
If you run into issues with your Flex application on UI 2.x.x that require you to roll back to a Flex UI 1.x.x version, do the following:
- Change the Flex UI version of your application to a minor version of Flex UI 1.x.
- Log in as an admin and access the Releases tab of the Plugins Dashboard. See the documentation for working with the Plugins Dashboard.
- Disable active plugins that are on Flex UI 2.x.x.
- Choose and redeploy prior versions of your plugins. If you had registered a major version for each of the plugin you migrated, it should be easier to determine the releases containing the plugins compatible with Flex UI 1.x.x.
