Reputation. Mailbox providers evaluate messages based on sender history, recipient engagement rates, complaints, and bounce rates. A good reputation improves a successful inbox delivery. A poor reputation increases the likelihood of delivery to the spam folder or getting blocked.

The Twilio Email reputation score differs from deliverability.
The email reputation score is an approximation of email program health based on a few of the basic metrics evaluated by mailbox providers.
To find your Email account reputation score, log in to your Twilio Console account. When your Twilio Email dashboard appears, the email reputation score can be found on the left.
