Open Rate


The rate in which your customers open emails you've sent to them.

The "Opens" percentage is the total number of times your users opened your emails, divided by the total number of Delivered messages.

The "Unique opens" percentage is the number of unique individuals that have opened your emails, divided by the total number of Delivered messages.

Tracking open rates requires that the Open Tracking app be enabled.

To enable the Open Tracking app:

  1. Navigate to Settings and select Tracking.
  2. Locate the line that says Open Tracking and select the action menu to expand the line.
  3. Toggle the switch to On. Open Tracking is now enabled.
