11010: Letter of Authorization incomplete or invalid

The Letter of Authorization (LOA) submitted with the Branded Calling registration contains incomplete, missing, or incorrect information.

• The LOA is missing required fields or contains inaccurate information.
• The information provided in the LOA cannot be linked to the business.
• LOA isn't signed by the authorized contact.

• Review the LOA to ensure all required fields are accurately completed. Resubmit the registration with a corrected LOA for verification.
