17550: Invalid media URL

Twilio can't transcribe the audio because it can't resolve the media URL. The transcription is marked as failed.

• DNS resolution fails for the host in the media URL.
• The URL points to a host that doesn't exist.
• The host or storage bucket isn't on Twilio's allowed list.

• Verify that the media URL is correct and publicly accessible, or provide a valid pre-signed URL.

• Transcribe an external recording
