17552: Failed to download media file: not found

Twilio could not transcribe the audio because the media URL returned an HTTP 404 status code. The transcription is marked as failed.

• The file was deleted before Twilio tried to download it.
• The media URL is incorrect.
• A pre-signed URL expired before the download started.

• Confirm that the media file exists at the specified URL and is reachable by Twilio.
• If you use a pre-signed URL, regenerate it with a longer validity period and resubmit the transcription request.
