18056: Missing Work Email for Authorized Representative

Provide the Authorized Representative's work email when you submit regulatory compliance information for a phone number request. Twilio returns this error when that required value is missing.

• You submitted a Regulatory Bundle without a work email for the Authorized Representative.
• The Authorized Representative information is incomplete.
• You created or updated the bundle without filling in all required fields for the regulation tied to your phone number request.

• Open the Regulatory Bundle and add the Authorized Representative's work email.
• Review the required fields for the regulation you are satisfying and make sure the Authorized Representative information is complete before you resubmit.
• If the bundle was rejected, review the rejection reason in Console, update the missing information, and submit the bundle again.
