18058: Missing Tax ID

This error indicates that your Phone Numbers regulatory bundle is missing the Authorized Representative's personal Tax ID in the Business & Legal Representative Information section. Twilio cannot approve the bundle until you provide the required value.

• The Tax ID Number field for the Authorized Representative was left blank.
• The bundle was submitted before all required Business & Legal Representative Information was completed.
• A company VAT number or business registration number was entered where the Authorized Representative's personal Tax ID is required.
• The regulation for the selected country and number type requires the Authorized Representative's fiscal code or equivalent Tax ID, but that value was not provided.

• Open the Regulatory Bundle in Console and add the Authorized Representative's personal Tax ID to the Tax ID Number field in Business & Legal Representative Information.
• If the regulation also requires a company VAT or business registration number, enter that value in the VAT field and keep the Authorized Representative's personal Tax ID in Tax ID Number.
• Review the regulatory requirements for the country and number type in your bundle, then make sure all required representative details are filled in exactly as needed.
• Resubmit the bundle after you update the missing field.
• If you use the Regulatory Compliance API, run a bundle evaluation after updating the data so you can confirm the bundle is compliant before review.
