Twilio returns this error when Twilio cannot verify the identity of Authorized Representative #2 or confirm that this person is affiliated with the business in your profile. Twilio may reach out to authorized representatives during vetting. Twilio rejects a profile when required information is missing, incorrect, or cannot be validated.

  • Authorized Representative #2 does not appear to be a real person who is authorized to represent the business.

  • Review the Authorized Representative #2 section and provide the representative's full first name, last name, email, phone number, business title, and job position.
