21102: Reached maximum number of Services

ERROR
This error occurs when you try to create a new Service after the parent account has already reached the maximum number of Services allowed for that product. Twilio evaluates this limit at the parent account and product level, including requests made from subaccounts.
- Your parent account already has the maximum number of Services for the product you are using.
- You sent the create request from a subaccount, but the parent account has already reached the Service limit for that product.
- Existing Services under the same parent account still count toward the limit, so the new create request cannot succeed.
- Review the Services already created for that product and delete any that you no longer need.
- If you use subaccounts, check the total number of Services associated with the same parent account before creating another one.
- If you need to keep your existing Services and create more, contact Twilio Support to discuss a limit increase.
