21669: Phone number region does not match the Messaging Service region

This error occurs when you try to add a phone number to a Messaging Service, but the phone number's regional configuration doesn't match the region of the Messaging Service. Phone numbers are configured for US1 by default.

• The phone number is configured for US1, but you are trying to add it to a Messaging Service in the IE1 region.
• The phone number is configured for IE1, but you are trying to add it to a Messaging Service in the US1 region.

• Update the phone number's messaging region to match the Messaging Service's region before adding it.
• Add the phone number to a Messaging Service that matches the phone number's current regional configuration.
