21725: Brand can only be updated when in FAILED state

You tried to update a brand before it reached FAILED status. Only failed brands can be updated, and when you do have a failed brand, fix the related Customer Profile or Trust Bundle data first, then call the brand_registrations update endpoint.

REGISTEREDstatus. - The brand is in
IN_PROGRESSstatus. - The brand has not entered
FAILEDstatus, so Twilio will not accept the update request.
- If the brand is
REGISTEREDand needs changes, contact Twilio Support. - If the brand is
IN_PROGRESS, wait for it to leave that state before retrying. - If the brand is
FAILED, review the branderrorsfield, correct the related Customer Profile or Trust Bundle information, and resubmit the brand update.
