30792: Brand Registration Failure: General error

This error means Twilio encountered a general system error while processing a brand registration request. Check the Brand Overview page in Console or the errors[] field on the BrandRegistration resource for a more specific failure reason when one is available.

• Twilio hit a general processing failure while handling the brand registration request.
• The registration workflow may have stopped before Twilio could return a more specific validation error. This is an inference from the general error wording and the neighboring temporary system error entry.

• Retry the request after a short delay. A similar brand registration system error recommends trying again after 30 seconds.
• Check the Brand Overview page in Console. If the Brand registration status is FAILED, review the errors[] fields to find the specific issue before resubmitting.
• If the Brand is SUSPENDED or you still cannot resolve the error, contact Twilio Support.
