Twilio rejected your verification request because the submitted business or messaging program was identified as a gambling use case. Gambling-related traffic is prohibited for SMS and MMS in the United States and Canada.

• Your website, brand, or sample messages referenced a forbidden gambling category such as casino apps, gambling websites, sweepstakes, 50/50 raffles, or betting and sports picks. (help.twilio.com)

• Do not submit or resubmit this phone number for SMS or MMS in the United States or Canada if your actual business or use case is gambling-related. Gambling traffic is prohibited on Short Code and Long Code routes in the United States and Canada. Rejections for content or Messaging Policy violations can't be resubmitted. (help.twilio.com)
• If the rejection was incorrect, contact Support and provide additional information that clearly explains your business and messaging use case.
• Review your business description, website content, sample messages, opt-in flow, and policy links to make sure they accurately represent a compliant non-gambling use case before you submit a new verification request for an eligible program. This is an inference based on the information Twilio reviews during verification and the verification onboarding flow.
