420031: Knowledge source request timeout

The web crawler received a 408 Request Timeout response or the request timed out before the target URL could respond during knowledge ingestion.

• The target server is responding too slowly
• Network latency or connectivity issues
• The target site is experiencing high load or performance problems
• The page takes too long to generate or load
• Temporary network interruptions during crawling

• Verify the target URL loads within 30 seconds in a web browser
• Check if the target site is experiencing performance issues or outages
• If the timeout is temporary, the crawler will retry on the next scheduled crawl
• For consistently slow URLs, consider downloading the content manually and uploading as a file
• Contact the target site administrator if the site is consistently slow
• Review the knowledge source error details in the Twilio Console
