The participant should have a proxy address in order to remove it. The conversation participant being updated does not have a proxy address.
Possible Causes
- The participant does not have a proxy address you are trying to remove.
- The participant you are updating is not an SMS participant.
Possible Solutions
- Check that the request does not update proxy address of this particular participant.
