51109: Twilsock: Service instance is under legal hold

The requested operation could not be completed because the target service instance is under legal hold. When a service instance is under legal hold, you cannot perform actions that would modify or remove data associated with that instance.

• You attempted to update or delete data in a service instance that has been placed under legal hold.
• Your application is using a service instance SID that is no longer available for write operations because of a legal or compliance restriction.
• The request targets a Twilio service used by Twilsock-backed products, such as Conversations, Sync, or Programmable Chat, and that service instance is currently restricted.

• Use a different service instance that is active and not under legal hold.
• Review your application configuration and confirm that you are sending requests to the correct service instance SID.
• Avoid update or delete operations on the affected service instance until the legal hold is lifted.
• If you do not expect the service instance to be under legal hold, contact your account administrator to confirm the instance status and intended usage.
