57002: 'Secret id' is too long

This error appears when the Secret id value in a Branded Comms request exceeds the allowed length.

• The Secret id value in the request is longer than Twilio accepts.

• Pass a valid Secret id value that fits the expected length, then retry the request.
• Review the request payload or integration that supplies Secret id, then remove any extra characters before you send it again.
