WARNING
You see this warning when the phone number you query is not found in the Call Placement Service (CPS) Directory used for Branded Calling.
- The number is not branded with Twilio or another CPS provider.
- The number is not fully set up for Branded Calling.
- The number has not been assigned to the correct Branded Calling bundle.
- The number was assigned recently and is still under review or propagation.
- The CPS discovery service is temporarily unable to query the phone number.
- Confirm that you are querying the exact same phone number you branded with Twilio or your CPS provider.
- If you use Twilio Branded Calling, make sure the number is a Twilio phone number and that you completed the required setup for Business Profile, Voice Integrity, and Branded Calling.
- Verify that the phone number is assigned to the correct Branded Calling bundle.
- If you recently assigned the phone number, wait for the review to finish. New phone number assignments can take 24 to 48 hours to be added to a Branded Calling bundle, and branded information can take up to two hours to appear after assignment to an approved bundle.
- Retry the request later if the CPS lookup issue continues.
