ERROR: 62028

INTERCONNECT
ERROR

This error occurs when you send a request with an Interconnect Connection SID that has expired. Connection resources use the CN SID prefix. After the connection expires, you cannot continue using that SID. Create a new Interconnect connection and update your request to use the new SID.

Possible causes

possible-causes page anchor
  • The request references an Interconnect connection SID that has expired.
  • Your application or configuration still uses an older CN SID instead of a newly provisioned connection.
  • Create a new Interconnect connection in Console, then update the request to use the new connection SID.
  • If you are reprovisioning the connection, complete the setup steps for your Interconnect type before retrying the request.
  • For higher availability, provision a second Interconnect connection in another Edge location so your application can fail over if one connection is no longer usable.
