63060: WhatsApp Display Name Rejected

WhatsApp rejected the display name associated with your WhatsApp sender.

• The proposed display name doesn't follow the Meta display name guidelines.
• The display name includes a person's name or employee identifier.
• The display name contains the name of an unrelated business.
• The display name uses an unacceptable format (for example, excessive capitalization or special characters).
• The display name is inconsistent with your business's branding.

• Use the Meta workflow to determine the exact rejection reason, then update the display name accordingly. Twilio can't retrieve or display the rejection reason from Meta.
• Compare your proposed display name to the Meta guidelines and confirm that it meets all requirements.
• After updating the display name, resubmit it for review.
