71002: Subject not eligible for the usage export functionality

The subject that made the request can't use the usage export functionality.

• The requested Account isn't enabled for usage exports.

• Confirm that you're authenticating with the credentials of the Account enabled for usage exports. Twilio uses the authenticating Account to decide eligibility.
• Contact Twilio Support to request access to usage exports for your Account.
