Use Email in Flex

Email in Twilio Flex is not a HIPAA Eligible Service and should not be used in workflows that are subject to HIPAA.

Email is available in Twilio Flex as a channel by which agents can send and receive messages from your customers. Email is available as both an inbound (customer-initiated) and an outbound (agent-initiated) channel.
